What to bring

To ensure a smooth transaction, please bring the following for your in-person at Jewells Fine Jewelry:

  • Any paperwork you have (appraisals, lab reports, receipts—optional)
  • A valid government-issued photo ID (commonly required for transactions)
  • Any original box or packaging for the jewelry pieces (if available)

What to expect during your visit

1. Visit us in-store

Bring your items to the store during event hours.
After arriving at Jewells Fine Jewelry, check in at the front counter. If the store is busy, you may be added to a short waitlist.

2. In-person valuation

You’ll meet one-on-one with our specialist buyer who will examine your pieces in front of you.

He will examine workmanship, hallmarks, stone characteristics, and the item’s market value.

You’ll get informed on what drives value and what options make sense.

3. Receive an obligation-free offer

You’ll receive a no-obligation offer based on the item type and current market realities.

You are welcome to take time to consider your options.

If you choose to proceed, we’ll complete the required paperwork and receive immediate payment.

Should you decline, you will not only leave with your goods, but also with some complementary insights into the value of your items.

No appointment is required. We work on a first-come, first-served basis.

Most visits take 15–30 minutes, but this will depend on the number of pieces you bring.
